Put yourself in the thick of London’s West End in this two bedroom two bathroom flat in glittering Covent Garden
Once a bustling fruit and vegetable market, now Covent Garden deservedly draws the crowds as London’s premier tourist destination. Presided over by the magnificent Royal Opera House and garlanded with an array of the finest restaurants and shops in Europe, the agenda here can be summed up in a single word: fun. Comfortable, modern and tucked away down a quiet side street, Exchange Court is a two bedroom, two bathroom pied-a-terre that’s perfectly situated for all the delights of the West End.
Your host is a fund manager who spends much of his time in the historic city of Cambridge. But when he’s in town, he likes to be in the thick of the action. Spend a few nights at Exchange Court and we’re sure you’ll come to agree…
With its simple furnishings and relaxed vibe, Exchange Court is all about potential. And, as Covent Garden alumni Henry Higgins and Eliza Dootlittle would doubtless testify, potential is all… Enter the serene, smart building, and step into the lift that will whisk you up to your front door. Inside you’ll find a spacious sitting room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table that seats six. The master bedroom boasts its own en suite, and for those in the second bedroom there’s a large family bathroom, brimful with our delicious White Company toiletries.
- This home is a pied-á-terre seldom visited by the host, and is furnished basically.
- The home is triple-glazed on the street-facing side, making it quieter than most hotels in the area, but the location in the heart of London's West End means that some background noise is inevitable.
- The dishwasher in the kitchen does not work, but with so many fantastic restaurants on your door step you won't be using too many of the pots and pans anyway.

Covent Garden is where the capital comes to celebrate, and, with restaurants, shops, bars and cafes at every turn, it’s easy to see why. But peer away from the main piazza and you’ll find a charming tangle of back streets that belie Covent Garden’s ancient history. Pop into the Actors’ Church or the London Transport Museum, and then stroll over to catch a play on Drury Lane, or have some late night fun in gloriously seedy Soho. You’re smack bang in the centre of the party, and Covent Garden will ensure that you’re both its life and its soul.
About Covent Garden
Covent Garden is a district in London, England, located in the easternmost parts of the City of Westminster and the southwestern corner of the London Borough of Camden. The area is dominated by shopping, street performers, and entertainment facilities, and it contains an entrance to the Royal Opera House, which is also widely-known simply as "Covent Garden", and the bustling Seven Dials area. The area is bounded by High Holborn to the north, Kingsway to the east, the Strand to the south and Charing Cross Road to the west. Covent Garden Piazza is located in the geographical centre of the area and was the site of a flower, fruit and vegetable market from the 1500s until 1974, when the wholesale market relocated to New Covent Garden Market in Nine Elms. Nearby areas include Soho, St James's, Bloomsbury, and Holborn.
