In the winter - skiing is possible in the nearby Maloja ski area - 5 minutes walk away - or in the neighboring Corvatsch ski area with 120 km of slopes. St. Moritz can be reached in 15 minutes by car and has various ski areas.

In the summer - The Lake Sils is the largest and most scenic one of the Upper Engadine lakes. From the chalet you can reach easily in 2 minutes’ walk the the wonderful lake promenade, which takes you around the Lake Sils. This hiking trail is considered as one of the most beautiful one in Switzerland.
