The chalet is located in the beautiful Ziller Valley and Barth in the region is one of the most luxurious vacation homes. The property is situated on a 18,000 square meter large property and is located on the edge of the woods near the small town of Hart. Although the chalet is in complete seclusion, which guarantees total privacy, the property is easily accessible by car.

Directly from the chalet a hiking trail begins at a waterfall, but also leads directly past a so-called trail named bird trail.
