The Beachfront Villa Lia lies on one of the best beach front positions anywhere in Sardinia, onto the fine white sandy beach, at a slightly elevated level to remain secluded. The shallow clear sea is safe for children and great for swimming. The villa is an achievement of ingenuity and fantasy. Each room is designed to a theme and remains private due to the different land elevations; some are built under a garden or behind thick stone walls and have natural insulation from temperature excesses throughout the year.
The villa for up to 16 guests features eight bedrooms and ten bathrooms. The outdoor swimming pool is heated from November to June.
In the Beachfront Villa you can enjoy the privacy of a villa and enjoy the many included and offered services of a luxury hotel. The private chef provides breakfast, lunch, dinner with fresh locally grown products, fish from the sea, games meat and finest cheeses and hams.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical and gas hobs, dishwasher, ovens, electrical hotplates and gas burners, grills, bain-marie, double fridge ice maker, bread machine, ice cream machine, large toasters, woks as well as tea and coffee machines.
