Find your personal luxury

• You find your luxury villa or hotel on the websites through entering your search criteria
• Or you send us your individually wishes via email, we will submit your personal offer
• Or you call us, we advice you personally
• For each villa you can ask special question  through the button next to the picture
• After finding your perfect luxury villa or hotel, we can offer you individually luxury services at the house

How to book

• You book online through  the booking form at the description
• Or you send us an email with your travel dates and  name of the villa
• Or you call us, we´ll book for you
• Additional you can book travel insurance or several luxury services of the provider

How to pay

• After receiving your booking confirmation we will send you the invoice via email or post. You pay 30% deposit of the total amount at booking and the balance payment 60 days before arrival. In case of booking within 60 days before arrival, 100% of paying is due.
• For some villas is the balance payment and additional costs due on site.
• Some providers can have exeptional different payment terms. In this case we will inform you at the booking.

Your travel documents

• Your travel documents / voucher you will receive after total payments, erhalten Sie nach der Gesamtzahlung der Buchung, 30 days before arrival at the latest
